More areas under Signal No. 3
The weather bureau placed more areas under Signal No. 3 as typhoon Ompong roared toward the Northern Luzon.
Signal No. 3 was raised over Isabela, Cagayan including Babuyan group of Islands, Apayao, Abra, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, and Northern Aurora. JOVE MOYA
