6.4 quake shakes Davao Oriental

A strong earthquake shook Davao Oriental on Saturday afternoon.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said the 6.4 tectonic earthquake was recorded at 14 kilometers northeast of Manay, Davao Oriental at 3:16 p.m.

No deaths or injuries were reported. Phivolcs said aftershocks were expected. DIVINA NOVA JOY DELA CRUZ
