No number coding, odd-even scheme in NCR, Pasig, Cavite for Aug. 13
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) lifted the number coding scheme in Metro Manila on Monday due to inclement weather.
In an advisory, the MMDA said the number coding for vehicles with license plates ending in 1 and 2 was suspended starting 5:00 a.m.

The number coding and odd-even scheme in Pasig City has also been suspended Monday, local authorities said. However, the truck ban will remain in effect in Pasig City since it was not coverered by the suspension of number coding and odd-even scheme.

Similarly, Cavite deferred the implementation of its number coding scheme in the province.

Makati City has not yet issued an advisory regarding the enforcement of its number coding system for Monday, as of this posting. /kga
