Marikina River level rises to 14.9 meters as city govt readies evacuation
THE Marikina River water level is up at 14.9 meters, short of the 15 meters before the local government raises a first alarm.
Citas de Vera of Marikina Rescue 161 told dzBB that preparations were being made for a possible evacuation of residents in the affected areas.
