Volvo celebrates Swedish National Day

Volvo once again joined the festivities during the celebration of Swedish National Day in the Philippines. Held at the ballroom of the Grant Hyatt Manila, Volvo Philippines joined its Swedish family in observing the national day of Volvo’s home country.

The event – aptly titled “Swedishness” – highlights the multifaceted aspects of Sweden’s modern society, culture, and way of life. The event presented a wonderful opportunity for Filipinos to get to know Sweden along with Swedish brands, companies, and products

The 2018 World Car of the Year – the Volvo XC60 SUV – also stood proudly among its Swedish kin. A showcase of equally innovative and sustainable Swedish products were also present, delighting esteemed guests. Sumptuous Swedish food and lively Swedish music added to the effervescent mood of the evening.
