LOCAL authorities in areas affected by the inclement weather suspended classes on Thursday, June 14.
The announcement comes after the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that monsoon rains would still prevail in most parts of Luzon.
