Flights cancelled because of bad weather
THE Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) on Sunday announced that Cebgo flights D6009 and DG6010 were cancelled because of bad weather caused by Tropical Storm “Domeng.”
The MIAA made a similar announcement on Saturday night, cancelling at least eight domestic flights and three international flights.
Meanwhile, as of 9:12 a.m., Cebu Pacific Air (CEB) management said normal operations for flights between Manila and Busuanga (Coron) has resumed.
The CEB said “to accommodate passengers affected by flight cancellations caused by the closure of the runway at the Francisco B. Reyes Airport, Cebgo is mounting additional flights on Sunday.
It added that passengers on cancelled flights are being notified regarding their new flight schedules. BENJIE L. VERGARA
