Matti: ‘Hindi ako quitter’

Pinabulaanan ng batikang director na si Erik Matti ang mga haka-haka na binitiwan na raw niya ang pelikulang “Darna.”
Ayon sa tsismis, inayawan na raw ni Matti ang proyekto dahil sa magulong schedule ng lead star nito na si Liza Soberano.
Pero sa post ni Matti, “fake news” daw ito dahil never siyang naging “quitter.”
Aniya, “I’ve been with the Darna project for 5 years now and I am still here along with my team.”
Dagdag pa niya, kahit anong proyekto ipinapagawa sa kanya noon man o ngayon, he makes it a point to “see it through to the end whether it’s a tough climb or an easy one.”
“I owe it to everyone who committed to the project to always see it through and be the last person to waver and have doubts about the project we embark on. And for ‘Darna,’ no matter the years we put in, our commitment to see it through stays. I am a finisher.”
Wala pang release date ang “Darna,” pero puspusan na raw ang trabaho rito.
Una nang natsismis na matsutsugi ang pelikula ng mag-quit si Angel Locsin, ang first choice para sa legendary comic heroine. (Delia Cuaresma)
